How far should the extruder be from the bed when calibrated and printing? I seem to be doing something wrong with calibrations. It seem like every time I try to print something to big the other extruder plows through the print.

Calibration instructions say that the first nozzle should be a paper's size from the bed. You should be able to slide a piece of paper between the nozzle and bed, and get slight drag. The second nozzle should be the same height. If the second nozzle is plowing through your prints, raise it up. There are set screws above specifically for the second nozzle. Set the first one, and then set the second one the same way.
